Global Drawback has over fifty years cumulative experience in distribution and international trade. GLOBAL’s personnel, have been employed by airlines, freight forwarders, US Customs brokers and several Fortune 100 companies. All claims are reviewed and submitted by Ed DeSousa, a licensed Customs brokers with over 36 years in the business. Before having started Global Drawback, Ed has worked for air lines, freight forwarders, brokers and several Fortune 100 companies. Ed has written various articles regarding importing, drawback, import compliance, and is well know in the industry for his knowledge of the Customs regulations.
